В последнее время все большее распространение получает ориентация на такой тип обучения, который стимулирует интеллектуальное и нравственное развитие личности учащегося, активизирует его потенциальные возможности, формирует критическое мышление. Такому типу обучения соответствует личностно-деятельностный и коммуникативный подходы в обучении английскому языку.
В основе обучения английскому языку должен лежать деятельностный подход. Работа с информацией на английском языке требует формирования определенных интеллектуальных умений: умения анализировать информацию, отбирать необходимые факты, выстраивая их в логической последовательности, умения выдвигать аргументы и контраргументы.
Цель обучения ИЯ – формирование коммуникативной компетенции у каждого учащегося , т.е. развитие у него а) способности осуществлять посредством этого языка взаимодействие с другими людьми и с продуктами их деятельности; б) готовности понять других и выразить себя.
Как же через урок осуществляется личностно-ориентированный подход в обучении английскому языку?
На протяжении всего урока перед учениками ставятся проблемы и вопросы, которые заставляют их постоянно размышлять, предполагать, строить гипотезы и затем проверять правильность своих предположений и суждений.
Так в начале урока ученики пытаются сами озвучить тему урока, исходя из оформления класса, и они догадываются, что будут говорить о книге А. Милна «Вини Пух» и его героях.
Очередная проблема ставится, когда ученики переходят к чтению текста. Что они знают о знают об истории создания книги и почему медвежонок и некоторые другие звери были выбраны главными героями? По принципу мозгового штурма ученики дают свои версии, а позже имеют возможность найти правильную версию, подтвердив или опровергнув свои гипотезы.
Критическое мышление учеников также развивается, когда они соотносят слайды презентации с фактами из текста или когда подбирают черты характера, соответствующие героям книги.
Деятельностный подход проявляется при самостоятельной работе с текстом. Ученикам необходимо прочитать материал и найти только нужную информацию, отбросив незначительные факты. Здесь развивается умение поискового чтения, отбора нужной информации, способности быстро найти подтверждения в тексте. На протяжении урока ученики выражают свое мнение, аргументируют свою точку зрения. Так, они должны не только рассказать об эпизоде просмотренного ролика, но и сказать о своем отношении, нравится он им или у них есть другие любимые эпизоды.
Формирование коммуникативной компетенции происходит за счет таких упражнений, как фонетическая зарядка при введении новой лексики, чтения текстов, монологического высказывания, аудирования при просмотре мультфильма, во время анкетирования и выполнения письменно задания в конце урока.
Общение на уроке происходит в режиме «учитель-класс», «учитель-ученик, «ученик-класс», «ученик-ученик».
Личностно-ориентированный подход выдвигает ученика в центр образовательного процесса. Говоря о героях книги, о их качествах в конце урока ученик переносит полученные знания на себя и пробует дать личностную характеристику себе, исходя из результатов анкетирования. Он может согласиться полностью или частично, а может и опровергнуть полученные результаты. Происходит собственная самооценка, когда ученик пытается понять себя и позиционировать в окружающем мире.
Уроки нетрадиционной формы способствуют повышению мотивации учеников в изучении английского языка, развитию их творческих способностей, желанию общаться и приобретать новые знания.

It would be interesting to know that this literary personage is more than 80 years old! Created by Alan Alexander Milne, he is enjoying a long life and has become a loved character for many children (and grown-ups) all over the world. He and his friends are gentle caricatures of human characters and habits of mind. The mood, as in all Milne’s books is relaxed and happy. Milne’s son Christopher Robin was born in 1920 and it was his toy animal that inspired (вдохновил) Milne to write the book which became a children’s best seller for many years to come.
This personage is a fictional bear created by A. A. Milne. The character first appeared in book form in Winnie-the-Pooh (1926)
Milne named the character after a teddy bear owned by his son, Christopher Robin Milne, who was the basis for the character Christopher Robin. His toys also lent (дали) their names to most of the other characters, except for (кроме) Owl and Rabbit, who were probably based on real animals.

Pooh's official birthdate is August 21, 1921, the day Christopher Robin received him as a present on his first birthday. Christopher Milne had named his teddy after Winnipeg, a bear which he and his father often saw at London Zoo, and "Pooh", a swan (лебедь) they had met while on holiday. Winnipeg the Bear was bought from a hunter (охотник) for $20 by Canadian Lieutenant Harry Colebourn in White River, Ontario, Canada, and brought to England during the First World War. He named the bear "Winnipeg" after his hometown in Winnipeg, Manitoba. "Winnie", as she became known, gained unofficial recognition as a regimental mascot (завоевала любовь как полковой талисман). Later the bear was adopted (взят на содержание) by London Zoo.
In the first chapter of Winnie-the-Pooh, Milne offers this explanation of why Winnie-the-Pooh is often called simply "Pooh": "But his arms were so stiff (несгибаемые) ... they stayed up straight in the air for more than a week, and whenever a fly came and settled on his nose he had to blow it off (сдувать). And I think - but I am not sure - that that is why he is always called Pooh." The sign over the door to Pooh's house says "Mr Sanders." This is because it is mentioned in the original book that Pooh "lived under the name of 'Sanders'".
On April 11, 2006, Winnie the Pooh was awarded (был награжден) a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame at 6834 Hollywood Boulevard.
